Guests invited by HKIS may access campus with an appointment registered through our Visitor
Management System (VMS). They will be issued a VMS barcode letter which they should bring to
expedite registration at the gate. Guests will also be required to register their HKID card with security upon entry. HKIS will issue a pass to visitors, which they are required to wear while on campus. Parents may enter campus using their HKIS ID card.
NOTE: If you forget your HKIS ID card, you will be required to sign in as a visitor
Student Visitors
Students who wish to bring a student visitor will be asked to complete the Student Visitors to the Middle School form at least one week prior to a visit. The form will then be reviewed by the child’s grade level counselor and a decision will be communicated to the student. The school reserves the right to limit the number of student visitors, and visits will not occur during the first two weeks of school and last two weeks of the school year.
