They actively explore the role of support within team sports, refining their abilities in sending and receiving with precision and accuracy to a moving target. Students learn how to effectively utilize space to their advantage, both on offense and defense, while also developing proficiency in covering space. Additionally, they discover techniques to enhance the challenge of workouts, promoting personal fitness and growth. The program also highlights the importance of building skills and following safety protocols in outdoor activities, creating a well-rounded and safe learning environment
